Summer Glow Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ pc Cucumber Chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple Chunks
  • ½ pc Banana Frozen
  • ½ cup Coconut Water (or regular water)
  • Handful of fresh Mint Leaves
  • ½ pc Lime Juiced
  • ½ teaspoon Chia Seeds (Optional)
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Add the cucumber, pineapple, frozen banana, and coconut water to a blender.
  • Toss in the fresh mint leaves and lime juice. If you like a bit more texture, sprinkle in the chia seeds for an added nutrient boost.
  • Blend everything until smooth, adding ice cubes to reach your desired level of thickness and chill.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy the cool, refreshing flavours that will leave you feeling revitalized
