Water or Almond, Hemp, or Coconut Milk

Small Frozen Banana
sliced into 2-inch chunks

Frozen Blueberries

Spinach

Flax Seeds
ground

Chia Seeds

Stevia
to taste
Instructions
Add all Ingredient in a blender
Blend until smooth
Taste. add Stevia and blend again if needed
Serve in your favorite glass. Enjoy!
