Peppermint & Chamomile Gut-Soothing Tea
Peppermint relaxes the digestive muscles, while chamomile reduces gut inflammation and promotes relaxation. This tea is ideal before bed or when you feel bloated
- 1 tsp Dried Peppermint Leaves
- 1 tsp Dried Chamomile Flowers
- 2 cups Hot Water
- 1 tsp Raw Honey optional
In a mug, combine peppermint and chamomile
Pour hot water over the herbs and let steep for 5-10 minutes
Strain and add honey if desired
Drink warm and let your gut relax
