Peppermint & Chamomile Gut-Soothing Tea

Peppermint relaxes the digestive muscles, while chamomile reduces gut inflammation and promotes relaxation. This tea is ideal before bed or when you feel bloated

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Dried Peppermint Leaves
  • 1 tsp Dried Chamomile Flowers
  • 2 cups Hot Water
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey optional

Instructions

  • In a mug, combine peppermint and chamomile
  • Pour hot water over the herbs and let steep for 5-10 minutes
  • Strain and add honey if desired
  • Drink warm and let your gut relax
