One-Pan Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

This dish is simple, satisfying, and full of nutrients. Roasting everything on one pan means minimal cleanup and maximum flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 pc Chicken Breasts cut in to bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pc Zucchini sliced
  • 1 pc Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Toss the chicken and vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
  • Spread everything evenly on the baking sheet
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender
  • Divide into meal prep containers and store in the fridge for up to four days
