One-Pan Roasted Chicken and Vegetables
This dish is simple, satisfying, and full of nutrients. Roasting everything on one pan means minimal cleanup and maximum flavor.
- 2 pc Chicken Breasts cut in to bite-sized pieces
- 1 pc Zucchini sliced
- 1 pc Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Toss the chicken and vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Spread everything evenly on the baking sheet
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender
Divide into meal prep containers and store in the fridge for up to four days
