Gut-Healing Green Machine Smoothie

This smoothie reduces bloating, soothes inflammation, and delivers a rich dose of fiber and probiotics. The ginger adds a nice kick, while the banana keeps it smooth and creamy.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful Spinach
  • ½ Banana Frozen
  • ½ Cup Plain Kefir or Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1 cup Almond Milk unsweetened
  • ½ tps Honey optional

Instructions

  • Blend until smooth. Let it sit for five minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken before drinking
