Ginger & Fennel Digestive Tea

Ginger stimulates digestion and helps reduce bloating, while fennel relaxes the gut and prevents gas buildup. This tea is perfect after meals or when your stomach feels unsettled.

Ingredients

  • 1 inch piece Fresh Ginger Sliced
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 2 cups Hot Water
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey optional
  • ½ pc Lemon juiced

Instructions

  • In a teapot or mug, add ginger and fennel seeds
  • Pour hot water over the ingredients and let steep for 10 minutes
  • Strain and add honey and lemon if desired
  • Sip slowly and enjoy the soothing effects
