Hi! I’m Sandra Smith, proud graduate of the Mindvalley Institute.  As a child, I struggled with slow digestion, tummy turbulence and infrequent elimination, all of which I thought was normal. I was ok depending on laxatives to keep me going. I didn’t like to drink water at all…what a mistake. And as time passed, the cracks in my own armor began to show up as thyroid issues, esophagus slowness, indigestion and reflux led eventually to colon cancer and subsequently to breast cancer.

However, I am now a well educated, well maintained two time cancer survivor who found my way back into the flow of life without chemical immersion. Although I am well, that’s not the case for so many others. Most people don’t know, as I didn’t, just how important it is to learn to practice self-care and to be aware of their own body talk. With my coaching help, you too can become fearless enough to advocate for your own wellness.
